Shelter Me

'Shelter Me' From the Cold World
With all the attention Skid Row in Los Angeles gets, it can slip the mind of Orange County residents that homelessness is an issue present in their own backyards.

The issue is being addressed by a group of Orange Coast College film students who are taking part in a documentary called “Shelter Me.”

Built for Sex

Getting fit for a reason
Better sex doesn't come from chemistry. It requires exercise.

Page through Scott Hays' new book, "Built for Sex," and you'll see diet and exercise play a crucial part in, um, all kinds of activity.

The book emerged, he says, from a survey of Men's Health magazine readers. "The No. 1 thing they wanted to know was how to improve their sex lives."

Healthier, sexier men
Though men are often accused of thinking of nothing but sex, one Laguna Beach author's new book, "Built For Sex," encourages men to think about it more, or at least on a deeper level.

The book, by freelance writer Scott Hays, is a study of men's sexuality and the lifestyle for men to have the best sex possible.

"We're sexual beings. It's a drive we men have," Hays said.
